Dear Parents

A teacher affects eternity, he can never tell when his influence stops……

The IB knows that young learners are intelligent, resourceful and creative individuals who grow, develop and learn at different rates. They explore their environment and learn about their world through play and relationships with peers, teachers, family and community members.

So, the first  inquiry  in Grade IV is an insight into personal well being, physical ,mental , social and spiritual health .Creating  a holistic learning experience  for the learners that integrates socio-emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Planned  in such manner that the learning takes place in dynamic environments that promote play, discovery and exploration this inquiry deals with body systems and their effective role in personal well being.

A system of human body means a collective functional unit made by several organs in      which the organs work in complete coordination with one another.

The students will develop an understanding of themselves and the similarities and differences that exist for a healthy living. Besides academic skills, students will also develop certain learner profiles and attitudes, such as they will become good communicators , more  responsible and knowledgeable.
